When she awoke to see pure white gauze curtains once more, Lei Lei only felt like the heavens above her had fallen and the earth beneath her had cracked. Great, she really was the little devil that killed without batting an eyelid. The two girls hummed and hawed: “This……”
Lei Lei was about to question them again when she suddenly heard someone from outside say: “Xingzhu[1]!”
Xingzhu? As she was puzzling over this, a thirty something year old man hurried into the room. He was of moderately tall stature and had slightly dark skin, with a thin face that had a naturally imposing expression.
“Shuxia[2] is Gu Wan. Master is at Yue Hua platform and has asked shuxia to bring little master there.”

Gu Wan was the aloof and cold type. Lei Lei had asked him about this and that on the way but only received typical replies that were simple and polite. Feeling put out, she didn’t question him further.
Going along stone steps that snaked upwards, the faint sound of water reached her ears. The wind was bone chilling, as if she were standing in front of a giant freezer. Lei Lei finally recognised this place as the platform from last night.
Soon, the two had ascended the platform.
Soft rays of sunshine shone above their heads but the cold air that blew in her face made Lei Lei shiver. She finally knew the cause for this, a sizable valley of ice that lay beyond the ravine. It was a whole section of pure white that reflected the sunlight and was dazzlingly bright. It turns out that this was the silvery white radiance that shone under the moonlight last night.
Dressed in white, Shang Guan Qiu Yue leaned on the railing, the colour tone was cool like a thick piece of ice.
The gentle brother from last night was gone and he now assumed an air of superiority as Qian Yue Cave’s master. Lei Lei suddenly felt like cowering but she stood unmovingly.
Gu Wan stepped forward: “Master, I’ve brought little master here.”
As he spoke, Shang Guan Qiu Yue turned around.
He instantly broke into an especially loving smile. Her surrounding landscapes immediately came to life, the sun above her felt much warmer and Lei Lei didn’t feel that cold anymore.
He beckoned her: “Have you eaten?”
She had nothing to lose from gaining a beautiful brother and seeing his abrupt concern for her, Lei Lei was no longer afraid and walked over to him: “Yeah.”
Shang Guan Qiu Yue looked at Gu Wan with a smile: “Gu Wan is my subordinate, Qian Yue Cave’s Xingzhu. It was him that brought you back from Bai Sheng Manor.”
Lei Lei hurriedly replied: “Gu Xingzhu, many thanks.”
Gu Wan replied courteously: “Shuxia was only acting under orders.”

Lei Lei had stayed at Qian Yue Cave for a few days and knew that those ladies were Qian Yue Cave’s yuepu[4]. Didn’t “Xiao Bai” abhor evil? Why hasn’t he used his sword against these supposed “demon girls”?
As she was baffling over this, Shang Guan Qiu Yue explained with a smile: “It’s because Xiao Yuan, his father’s last will was that Feng Ming Sword mustn’t be used to kill women. ”
This beauty gege was too scary, he could even guess others’ thoughts. If he were to find out that I’m not his meimei……returning to Xiao Bai’s side is the right decision! Lei Lei shivered with fear as she carefully dealt with her emotions and continued to watch the fight.

More than half of them had already fainted and the remaining ten or so that were unhurt wore terrified expressions as they looked at the person who wielded the sword, somewhat at a loss as to what to do.
Having broken their formation, the gongzi slowly sheathed his sword in a manner that was three parts graceful and seven parts imposing.
“Feng Ming Sword won’t be used to kill women but nothing has been said about chopping off demon girl’s hands.” he said indifferently.
He had no pity or tender love for women! Lei Lei didn’t dare to look at this hair-raisingly bloody scene anymore and turned her face away, desperately holding onto Shang Guan Qiu Yue who was beside her. Gege, if we still don’t go out, your beautiful subordinates will become Venus[5]!
“Xiao Xiao Feng Ming Sword doesn’t disappoint indeed,” Shang Guan Qiu Yue’s expression remained unchanged, looking down with a smile on his face, “Gege will bring you out, don’t be afraid.”

Abovehead, a shadow flitted past silently at an unbelievably slow pace. Under the half moon, with his clothes fluttering in the wind, like a flying celestial being from beyond the highest heavens. Two white figures descended onto a tall and large boulder.

Lei Lei immediately put on the expression of someone who had been kidnapped, crying out in alarm: “Xiao Bai!”
At once, the gongzi looked up at her: “You……” suddenly noticing the man beside her who was dressed in white. Recalling that this was the man who poisoned his father, his eyes burned with fury as he spoke through clenched teeth: “Shang Guan Qiu Yue.”
The ladies on the side quickly helped up the injured ones and left.
Shang Guan Qiu Yie said with a smile: “Young Master Xiao, how have you been?”
The gongzi said: “Terms?”
Shang Guan Qiu Yue doesn’t reply, raising his hand to Lei Lei’s neck.

Having had her thoughts seen through once more, Lei Lei rolled her eyes. Beauty gege you’ve proven yourself as a devil, that was too despicable. Look at your moral standards, it’s not just a difference in level when compared with “Xiao Bai”, it’s inversely proportional to your attractive looks!
